Niagara LMSC bylaws require an annual meeting of membership, per the USMS LMSC Standards. This meeting is open to all individual members of the LMSC. Voting members are limited to elected and appointed Board members, as well as one representative of each registered club. The date and meeting location are announced at least 30 days in advance on the website. Typically, the meeting is held after one of our local masters swim meets.

Meeting agenda: Membership fees, programs, and policies/procedures are subject to change during the annual meeting or over the course of the year, either via email vote or during other meetings. Elections to the Board of Directors and position appointments also take place. Meeting minutes are posted online and available for review by all members.
